Moto X4 leak: new report discloses the processor, camera & build of the Motorola X-series flagship [Rumour]

Motorola fans, rejoice! Your beloved Moto X is back in rumour mill. X-series is an affordable mid-range of devices from Motorola. It is well known for giving flagship level features at an affordable price tag and thus it is been very successful in recent years. Now, it seems Motorola is bringing 4th edition of this series after a gap of two years. Let’s go through the latest Moto X4 leak.

If rumours are to be believed then this 4th edition of X-series will sport a Qualcomm Snapdragon 623 processor with a 4GB of RAM. It is also rumoured to have a 64GB in build storage and an expandable microSD card, though we still don’t know about the expandable capacity of the phone. It will have a 3000mAh battery to power the processor and the display, it is unclear whether it will be removable or not though.

Moto X4 will have a set of dual cameras for better picture quality. One of the two rear cameras will be of 12MP while the other one will be of 8MP. Though, Moto X4 is rumoured to have a dual camera setup at the back, the real surprise is at the front. Moto X4 is reportedly to have a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. Looking into the history of Motorola cameras, it will interesting to watch these moves from them.

Moto X4 is said to have a full metal-body. Will it be an unibody structure that we have confirm. It will be an aluminium frame though. We also know that it will be a 5.2″ Full HD display. And it will come with Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box. It will sport a fingerprint scanner on the front at the bottom of the phone like other Motorola phones. The phone is rumoued to have IP68-rated for water & dust resistance.
